We are now looking for two HR Trainees to join our team to help us increase our service level towards our stakeholders. As an HR Trainee, you will work closely with managers located in Finland as well as Smart Technology Hub project team. You will also be a part of a wide and varied HR network. We hope you have a good understanding of HR related issues.

This position is located in Vaasa, Finland.

Responsibilities

– Contributing to employer branding activities
– Helping Smart Technology Hub project
– Supporting hiring managers in the recruitment processes
– Coordinating HR related issues in different projects, such as in change management projects
– Supporting managers in HR policies and ways of working
– Assisting in daily HR operating activities

Requirements

– BSc or MSc studies in Economics
– A proactive and customer service mindset
– Positive change management attitude
– An ability to work as part of a team, but also independently and effectively on multiple tasks
– Good presentation and communication skills
– Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, preferably also Swedish
