Wärtsilä is looking for a Legal Trainee to join the Legal and Contract Management team in Wärtsilä’s Marine Business.
This position is located in Vaasa, Finland. The position is a temporary trainee position for 6 months.
Responsibilities
In your role your focus is on international transactions and contract law. Thus we expect that your interest lies in the field of international trade and that you have commercial awareness. You are reporting to the Managing Counsel of Asset Management Services in the Marine Business and your location will be in Vaasa, Finland.
Requirements
You need to have an eye for detail, but at the same time the ability to pick up large pieces of information from different sources. The Marine Business’ Legal Affairs and Contract Management team you will be working with is global and the daily communication with colleagues and other stakeholders is at most times conducted via Skype. Thus we expect you to have good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a global, virtual environment.
