TEHDÄÄN TÖITÄ 2019 is Suomen Mentorit’s trainee program aiming to improve the employment of young graduates and thus building and developing the workforce of the future.
As part of this program we are looking for a Trainee to Outotec’s Operations Support Center Team starting in September 2019 until February 2020 in Espoo. Team works with our customer sites and Outotec’s Site Services to improve their operational performance and resolving operational issues via data analysis and reporting.
As Trainee, Reliability, you will:
- Build Equipment Reliability capabilities with existing software (Bentley AssetWise, software experience not critical)
- Test Reliability methods with actual customer data
- Analyze software suitability to Reliability methods
- Test software and methods for service delivery
- Documenting testing results
- Support in gathering requirements for services
To succeed, you will need:
- A degree or studies in Maintenance Management or Reliability is beneficial
- Good knowledge of reliability methods, f ex RCM / FMEA
- Knowledge of maintenance and data and data structures
- Experience with EAM / CMMS systems, other ICT experience beneficial
- Good English skills
- Capable of working with people from different backgrounds, good team work skills
