TEHDÄÄN TÖITÄ 2019 is Suomen Mentorit’s trainee program aiming to improve the employment of young graduates and thus building and developing the workforce of the future.
As part of this program we are looking for a Trainee to Outotec’s Operations Support Center Team starting in September 2019 until February 2020 in Espoo. Team works with our customer sites and Outotec’s Site Services to improve their operational performance and resolving operational issues via data analysis and reporting.
As a Trainee you will:
– Build Asset Performance Management capabilities with existing software (Bentley AssetWise, system experience not critical)
– Test and understand system capabilities with actual customer data
– Create and test methods and methodology for delivering Asset Performance Management services with said system
– Documenting methods, methodology and testing results
– Support in gathering requirements for Asset Performance Management services
As a Trainee you will need:
– Good knowledge of reliability methods, f ex RCM / FMEA
– Intermediate knowledge of maintenance and data and data structures
– Experience with EAM / CMMS systems, other ICT experience beneficial
– Good English skills
– Capable of working with people from multiple different disciplines, good team work skills
