TEHDÄÄN TÖITÄ 2019 is Suomen Mentorit’s trainee program aiming to improve the employment of young graduates and thus building and developing the workforce of the future.
As part of this program we are looking for a Trainee in the Sales Support team. Sales Support is responsible for supporting our Market Areas around the world in quotation and order processes in the spare parts business.
As a Trainee you will:
– Support daily activities such as preparing quotations and processing orders for internal and external customers
– Investigate and evaluate current backlog management practices
– Experience the fast-paced spare part world first-hand
As a Trainee you will need:
– Eager mind and a thirst to learn new things
– Relevant masters’ degree (or nearly completed studies)
– Good IT skills in Microsoft Office, SAP skills a plus
– Good English skills, other languages a plus
We offer you an exciting 6-month traineeship in a multinational and innovative environment, allowing you to develop your professional skills and competencies through versatile and challenging tasks. You will also be able to take part in career coaching sessions arranged by Suomen Mentorit. These will include interesting workshops, a chance to get to know other trainees and practical tips on how advance in your career!
