TEHDÄÄN TÖITÄ 2019 is Suomen Mentorit’s trainee program aiming to improve the employment of young graduates and thus building and developing the workforce of the future.
As part of this program we are looking for a Trainee for Proposal Engineer position in Outotec Filters Proposal team
As a Trainee you will:
– Create filtration equipment proposals, in collaboration with Proposals team, Sales and other internal stakeholders.
– Manage the request workflow for proposal process and the final proposal creation
– Cooperate with various personnel within the business line, sales, engineering, project execution, supply and services to collect information and getting needed support for proposal
– Manage proposal documentation archiving and proposal tools updating
– Support Sales in Proposals related communication
As a Trainee you will need:
– Suitable academic background, e.g. Master’s / Bachelor’s degree or similar
– Experience in equipment sales, sales support, product / proposal management will be advantage, but not mandatory
– Willingness to actively participate and develop the filters proposals process
– Fluent written and spoken English skills, other language skills are seen as an asset
– Capability of internal networking, organizing cross functional activities
– Ability to work as team member
