We are now looking for an Assistant Manager Trainee to Project Taxation in Wärtsilä Energy Business. The position is temporary trainee position for 6 months. Trainee period starts during March-April, according to the trainee’s availability
This position is located in Vaasa, Finland.
Responsibilities
– Actively obtaining and coordinating country studies with respect to country and project specific contracting models, contract structures, project taxation, licensing and registration requirements, as well as any related task as assigned
– Coordinating the communication of information related to country studies to other relevant internal and external organizations and ensuring that such organizations are provided with the required information in order to proceed with implementation of correct practical arrangements related to the project
– Providing general advice, support and ad hoc training to relevant internal organizations with respect to contract structuring, country studies, project taxation and other related issues
– Collaborating with Legal, HR, Installation and Construction Services, Project management and other relevant internal organizations in finding solutions for implementation of the project, taking into consideration the requirements related to project taxation and administration
Requirements
– Studies in Economics or equivalent
– Good communication and presentation skills
– Good cooperation, organizational and analytical skills
– Financial knowledge, as well as reporting and analysing skills
– Fluent spoken and written English skills
