We are now looking for an HR Trainee to join our team to help us increase our service level towards our stakeholders. In this position you will work closely with managers located in Finland as well as Smart Technology Hub project team. You will also be a part of a wide and varied HR network. We hope you have a good understanding of HR related issues.
The position is temporary trainee position for 6 months. Trainee period starts during March-April, according to the trainee’s availability.
This position is located in Vaasa, Finland.
Responsibilities
– Helping Smart Technology Hub project
– Supporting hiring managers in the recruitment processes
– To assist Learning and Development coordinators in daily activities such as organising training sessions, gathering L&D statistics and training feedback as well updating L&D systems
– Coordinating HR related issues in different projects, such as in change management projects
– Supporting managers in HR policies and ways of working
– Assisting in daily HR operating activities
Requirements
– BSc or MSc studies in related field
– A proactive and customer service mindset
– Positive change management attitude
– An ability to work as part of a team, but also independently and effectively on multiple tasks
– Good presentation and communication skills
– Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, preferably also Swedish
