HKScan Finland is looking for a quality coordinator trainee for a fi xed term of six months at its Forssa production plant.
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
• Development and administration of the food safety management system at the production plant.
• Development of in-house control system documentation (quality, hygiene and food safety).
• Monitoring of fulfi llment of food safety system requirements in practice.
• Co-operation with the production organization to further develop product quality and improve quality culture.
• Daily quality-related tasks
WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
• A degree in food science, veterinary science or similar (B.Eng., M.Sc.).
• Knowledge of the FSSC 22000 food safety standard, food legislation and HACCP.
• A good hands-on attitude and an ability to contribute proactively.
• Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English
• Computer literacy and profi ciency in Microsoft Offi ce software
• Work experience in the food industry
