The HKScan Group is looking for a business analyst trainee at CEO Office for a fi xed term of six months in Vantaa.
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
• Team work in various projects involving the whole group, aiming at implementing HKScan’s strategy.
• Providing assistance and support in these projects, including information gathering, data analysis and preparing presentations and other documents.
• Work in close collaboration with members in project teams, involving multiple HKScan businesses and functions.
• Supporting preparation of projects not yet started.
• Supporting preparation of documents and presentations for GLT and BoD meetings.
• Preparing, collecting and analysing data for various ad hoc requests.
WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
• A relevant university education, such as a master’s degree in industrial engineering and management, economics or finance.
• Ability to learn quickly, perform tasks independently and work under pressure.
• Ability to take the initiative, with a hands-on working attitude.
• Persistence and a drive to achieve goals
• Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English, Finnish and Swedish. Danish and Estonian are an advantage.
