We are currently seeking Trainee, Sales and Procurement to join Outotec´s Global Services Operations Support Unit. Location would be preferably Espoo or Lappeenranta.
As Trainee, Sales and Procurement, you will:
- Handle sales/purchase order placement
- Follow up and expedite orders
- Handle invoices
- Take care of RFQ processes
- Coordinate inspections when required, follow-up manufacturing plans
- Prepare claims if needed
- Be responsible for item data management in ERP (for responsible item categories)
- Take care of daily operative interface towards supplier/customer
To succeed, you will need:
- B.Eng. degree or working experience in suitable field
- Understanding and experience of Spare Parts business
- SAP experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent personal time management and organization skills
- Understanding of global supply chain
- Fluent written and spoken English, other languages are an advantage
