We are looking for an enthusiastic fresh graduate (or a student just finalising their studies) for a 6-month paid internship in the Wärtsilä Finland HR team.
The position is located in Vaasa, Finland.
Responsibilities center around assisting in HR related tasks and projects:
– Domestic and international employment matters
– Local recruiting
– Update SAP HR and other HR tools
– Other office support
Requirements:
– BSc or MSc in Economics, preferably focusing on HR/HRM
– Team player with positive can-do mind-set
– Accurate and enthusiastic
– Good communication skills
– Ready to work in Finnish, Swedish and English
– Proficient in MS Office and easily adaptable to new tools
